This tenant improvement converted 17,400 square feet of vacant industrial space into office space to provide assistance to families in relations to child development and education. The existing industrial space was demolished except for exterior walls. The space was designed to provide work area, large conference room, parents library, individual consulting rooms and a break room for 50 plus employees.
